Welcome to BringMyWater These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our water delivery service in the Greater Los Angeles area. By placing an order with BringMyWater, you agree to these terms.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are required in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website and app. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
3. Delivery
BringMyWater offers next-day delivery within the Greater Los Angeles area. Delivery will be made to the address provided during the order process. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
4. Risk and Responsibility
BringMyWater is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to the cases of water once delivered. Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the cases of water transfers to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
5. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS upon placing your order. A delivery confirmation will be sent once your order has been delivered.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders may be canceled up until the order has been dispatched for delivery. Cancellations after dispatch are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are only available for damaged or defective products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
